I work with anxious folks to help them better understand how and why their anxiety pops up, as well as to provide evidence-based techniques for coping. I use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) with clients to increase their ability to stay in the present moment and find a sense of safety. If you have obsessions or compulsions, we will use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to make meaningful progress in handling these intrusive thoughts.
